Kings Pride Soft Leaf Buffalo (Licensed Grower)
Kings Pride is a superior quality soft leaf buffalo developed here in Australia for Australian conditions. Kings Pride is a new generation soft leaf buffalo which has remarkable “winter stay green” that far exceeds any other soft leaf buffalo on the market. Kings Pride has a medium soft textured leaf that is quick to recover from wear and tear and also recovers quickly from cold winters. Kings Pride is unmatched in hot temperatures allowing long periods without water once established. Kings Pride tends to have a lateral growth habit which reduces turf maintenance (only requires mowing every 7 – 10 days) and reduces excessive thatch (high thatch lawn can harbor insect pest and disease). Kings Pride has good tolerance to herbicides and insecticides and requires minimal fertilizer while still providing a green, healthy, spectacular-looking lawn.

Shade Master Soft Leaf Buffalo
Shade Master is a proven turf variety with good shade tolerance. Shade Master only requires fertiliser a few times a year to maintain a healthy looking lawn. It is a hardy lawn that handles high traffic areas. It grows well in sunny areas and because of its broad soft leaf it can tolerate areas receiving 60% - 80% shade.
Shade Master is a multi-purpose and economical turf grass. It is an extremely hardy turf and is able to tolerate a wide range of conditions and situations, with good shade tolerance and a vigorous rate of growth. It has a broad dark green leaf and minimal thatch. Shade Master is ideal for landscaping industry as well as local governments. It is a very hardy and resilient Soft Leaf Buffalo that recovers well from wear and tear. Shade Master also excels in the home garden as it is relatively easy to maintain (only requires mowing every 7 days).

Kikuyu is an affordable turf variety with excellent tolerance to wear and tear. With only a few applications of slow release fertiliser during spring and autumn and with regular mowing (requires mowing every 5 – 7 days), this turf will provide a green and healthy looking lawn. Kikuyu performs best in full sun and during tough dry periods will recover well. Kikuyu has excellent tolerance to cold weather and despite heavy frost it still retains some green colour during this period. Because of its strong vigor it recovers well from winter months and is able to cope with low levels of soil born insects without treatment.
